Privacy Policy
CEO Scott Morvay Privacy Statement:
Fast Aperture Enterprises LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information you provide when using our mobile applications, websites, software platforms, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy applies to all applications, products, and services owned or operated by Fast Aperture Enterprises LLC, including Fleeced, Dinner Light, BarnPilot, TankSense, and Pounce, and future applications.
By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on the application you use, we collect the following categories of information:
Information you provide directly
- Account details from the third-party sign-in provider you choose, which may include your name and email address (you may be able to hide your email if your sign-in provider offers a private email relay).
- Documents, images, or files you upload or scan (for example, a bill, estimate, or invoice you submit for analysis).
- Messages you send us for support or feedback.
Information generated through your use of the Services
- Analysis results and reports we produce from the content you submit, which are saved to your account so you can revisit them.
- Subscription and purchase status, and transaction identifiers.
Technical information
- Device type, operating system, app version, diagnostics, crash logs, and general usage data used to operate and improve the Services.
We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploaded content to train AI models.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Provide the app’s features—including processing the documents or images you submit to generate the requested analysis, and storing your results so you can access them later.
- Process subscriptions, purchases, and account access through the applicable app store.
- Send service-related messages, such as receipts, updates, and support responses.
- Improve performance, functionality, reliability, and security.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and platform requirements.
3. User Content and Uploaded Information
Some applications let you upload or scan documents, images, or files. We use this content only to provide the functionality you request—such as analysis, organization, storage, and retrieval within the app.
To generate your analysis, the content you submit is processed by our trusted AI and infrastructure providers solely to produce your result. We do not sell your uploaded content, and we do not allow unrelated third parties to access it for marketing purposes. You can delete your content and your account at any time (see Section 8).
4. AI and Automated Features
Our applications include AI-powered analysis. Information you submit is processed to generate a response, summary, analysis, or recommendation.
AI-generated output is for informational purposes only. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or emergency advice, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Price ranges and assessments are estimates. You are responsible for reviewing information carefully and consulting an appropriate professional before making important decisions.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the applicable app store or approved payment provider. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We may receive limited information such as subscription status, renewal status, and transaction confirmations needed to manage your access.
You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your device’s app store subscription settings.
6. How We Share Information
We share limited information only with trusted service providers that help us operate the Services, and only as needed to perform their functions. These include:
- Cloud hosting, database, and authentication providers (for example, Google Firebase) for sign-in, secure storage, and app infrastructure.
- AI processing providers (for example, Anthropic) to generate your requested analysis.
- Payment processing through the applicable app store or approved payment provider.
- Analytics and crash-reporting providers to diagnose issues and improve reliability.
- Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law.
These providers are permitted to use information only to provide services to us and are not permitted to sell your data. We do not sell your personal information.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit. However, no system or method of transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and using secure devices and networks.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, and protect against fraud and abuse.
You can delete your account and your data at any time:
- In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and your saved reports.
- Or contact us at the email in Section 12 to request deletion.
When you delete your account, we remove your personal content from our active systems. Limited information may be retained where required by law, for security, backup integrity, or dispute resolution, and residual copies may persist temporarily in backups before being overwritten.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise many of these directly in the app, or by contacting us at the email in Section 12. We will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
10. Device Permissions
Some applications request access to device features such as your camera and photo library—used only to let you scan or upload the documents and images you choose to submit. You can manage these permissions anytime in your device settings.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our applications are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn we have collected such information without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
